Nicole Shuba, CRS, SmartHome
Hi there! I am Nicole Shuba and the Principal Broker/Owner of Manor Realty. My story starts right here in Salem, where I was born and raised not too far out of town. I became a licensed real estate broker in 2005. Since then, I have helped an array of clients; from first-time homebuyers to experienced investors, purchase and sell both residential and commercial real estate. In 2010 I gained my Principal Broker designation and was also the top-producing agent in my office that year. In 2014 I opened Manor Realty in South Salem. Our office is a member of the Salem Chamber of Commerce and we are located in the historic Mail Depot building. I have been blessed with meeting many people who quickly become friends during my career. I listen to my clients‘ situations so I can help them make the right decision when deciding to sell their home. I include my sellers in my marketing plan, as I feel it’s a joint-effort when it comes to selling in today’s real estate market. For buyers, I can help them find the right lender to get them approved and closed on their new home. It‘s important that we have excellent communication so I understand their wants and needs, and don’t waste their time with homes that won‘t work for them. My clients know I am not pushy, and won’t steer them into a house that isn‘t what they are looking for. The decision to purchase is completely up to my buyers – I am here to support them through the process of finding the right home, negotiating with sellers on price, repairs and concessions, and finally with closing and getting them their keys. My husband and I live in South Salem with our four teenagers. We enjoy traveling around Oregon and exploring all it has to offer. I am involved with Boy Scouts as a leader and volunteer at Marion Polk Food Share. We have an array of animals that also keep us busy, including our two dogs, Scout and Hazel. If you, your friends or family need advice on either purchasing or selling real estate, give me a call and I would be happy to talk with you.
